Policies

WARRANTIES: The parts that are sold by bc classic and performance partscarries the manufacturers warranties and a 30 day warranty on any defects of the product purchased and will be replaced ASAP. Labor or any other monetary expenses regarding the part sold is the responsibility of the customer. Also any of the custom order items such as the grilles, gauges, and seats are as is items. DAMAGED PARTS AND INCOMPLETE ORDERS: Any parts damaged during shipping is the carriers responsibility, as they are responsible for checking packages as they recieve them. If you have an incomplete or damaged package give us a call at 951-686-3929 and we will do our best to assist you in the quickest way to contact the carrier and solve your problem. All damaged or incomplete packages must be brought to our attention within 7 days of recieving the order. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We try to give our customers the best service so we make this as easy as possible.You have 30 days if you decide you are dissatisfied with the product you recieved. You may return or exchange it as long as the item is in the same condition as you recieved it PLEASE! All returned shipping charges are customers responsibilities, any cod's will be returned. All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice and an authorazation number. To return or exchange a part call 951-686-3929 or fax us at 951-6838242 to recieve an atorazation number. We also ask that you do this for the best possible service. Put the number on the package you are returning for fastest possible service. 100% satisfaction is our promise so please take the necessary steps in making this as easy as possible.There are no returns on any custom apliques.(seats, grilles,gauge apliques) EXCLUDED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: We do not give any type of refunds of any kind if any parts have been installed. Sorry, no refunds on electricalparts unless it has a manufacturers warranty, no books, shop manuals, magazines, misc. items or any parts not returned in its original box ,wrapper etc. Fiberglass or any sheet metal that has been altered in any way will not be allowed a return. Make sure you inspect the items for any defects before any altering.Shipping charges are not are not refundable unless the wrong part was sent to you. BACK ORDERS: Bc classic and performance parts will do everything possible to notify you in a timely manor. Any orders that have back ordered items will be shown on the invoice and will be shipped to you as we recieve them. You will not be billed for the back ordered items until we ship them to you.
